What is the return policy?
We offer a 90-day return window from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unworn
- Unwashed
- In original condition
- With tags (if supplied) still attached
Because each item is made specifically for you, we do not accept returns for sizing selection or change of mind once the item has been worn. However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we will absolutely fix it.
To request a return, simply contact our support team and we’ll guide you through it.
How much does shipping cost?
We keep it simple:
Australia: Flat rate shipping — $19
International: Shipping is available worldwide and rates vary depending on your country and carrier costs.
Standard delivery charges apply at checkout and are calculated before payment so there are no surprises.

This is also why some items may take a little longer to arrive they’re being made specifically for you, not pulled from a warehouse shelf.
